Andrew Ackerman is a respected and experienced office leasing specialist who focuses on landlord representation, negotiations, marketing, and market analysis. His leasing portfolio is approximately 3.5 million square feet of office space in Broward County alone.

Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Ackerman was involved with CBRE’s Private Client Group in Fort Lauderdale, working alongside two of South Florida’s most successful investment brokers.  In 2003, Mr. Ackerman joined the Landlord Representative Division of CBRE and averaged over 60 lease transactions annually. Since transitioning over to ComReal Fort Lauderdale in 2012, Mr. Ackerman has continued his success in assisting in growing ComReal's already tremendous portfolio.

Mr. Ackerman received a Bachelor of Arts from Florida Atlantic University.
