Sandra Andersen

With more than 30 years of extensive experience successfully executing office lease transactions and repositioning properties for clients, Ms. Andersen draws on her deep understanding of owners’ ambitions in order to help them reach their goals. Powered by her client-first credo and informed by her profound market knowledge, Sandra oversees the leasing and marketing of Class A office space in Broward and Palm Beach counties. Quick to identify opportunities and ever on top of trends, she develops and implements effective marketing strategies that maximize the value of the properties she represents.

Prior to joining ComReal in 2020, Ms. Andersen was a Senior Vice President with JLL for 20 years, specializing in Landlord and Tenant representation. Her portfolio consisted of over 3 million square feet of office space in the tri-county area. In her role, Ms. Andersen assisted in launching the Fort Lauderdale office and was instrumental and successful in business development and driving value for her clients.

Education: 

Ms. Andersen earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Lycoming College and gained global insight as a participant in the University of Salzburg Study Program in Salzburg, Austria. She served as a board member of NAIOP South Florida and is active in the South Florida Office Brokers Association, Broward Humane Society and National MS Society.
