Tim Talbot has over 28 years of experience in commercial real estate. Throughout his career, he has participated in all facets of the industry including: the sales and leasing of offices, industrial, build-to-suits, and vacant land for development. Mr. Talbot has managed, maintained and owned ComReal Fort Lauderdale since 1987.

Andrew Ackerman is an office leasing specialist that focuses on landlord representation, negotiations, marketing, and market analysis. His current leasing portfolio is approximately 2.5 million SF of office space in Broward County.

Sandra Andersen
Sandra brings more than 30 years of extensive commercial real estate experience serving as an advisor to clients, both Landlord and Tenant. Sandra oversees the leasing and marketing of approximately 1.3 million square feet of office space in Broward and Southern Palm Beach counties. Sandra joins ComReal Fort Lauderdale's team as our esteemed Managing Director.
