Tim Talbot has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. Throughout his career, he has participated in all facets of the industry including: the sales and leasing of offices, industrial, build-to-suits and vacant land for development. Mr. Talbot has owned and managed ComReal Fort Lauderdale since 1987, making it one of the most successful commercial real estate companies in the South Florida area.

Mr. Talbot has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Advertising/ Public Relations from Wayne State University.
